To use this innovative new feature you must have completed 'The Conversion Advantage' course by Lisa Alger. This course explains buyer behaviour psychology and the methodology behind this feature.

To get started, head to Settings and select 'Insight' from the 'Automations' section:

Enter the code provided from 'The Conversion Advantage Course', click the check box and select 'create':

The system will then build and display the questions and answers:

To publish Insight to your enquiry form turn on the toggle:

Once a bride has completed your enquiry form they will have the option to answer the Insight Quiz:

From the new enquiries' bride card you'll be able to view the bride's most dominant personality and the answers they selected. You can click this area in the 'Overview' section to view the answers or select 'Answers' from the menu:

To 'label' a bride click the dominant personality type within the 'Answers view', then select 'yes':
