Our in-app messaging system is designed to keep communication clear and reliable. To maintain accurate records, messages can only be deleted within 30 minutes of being sent. This ensures conversations remain unchanged while still giving you a short window to correct any mistakes.
Once the 30-minute window has passed, messages remain in the chat, ensuring an accurate history of conversations.
However, if you send the wrong message, you can delete it within 30 minutes, unlike emails that can’t be recalled.
How to Delete a Message
Locate the message you want to delete, within 30 minutes of sending.
Tap the three dots next to the message.
Select ‘Delete’.
The message will be replaced with a ‘Message deleted’ notification, so all parties know a message was removed.
