What to do if the app freezes or a button isn’t working

Occasionally, you may experience the app freezing or a button not responding (for example, the Send Email button not working). This is usually caused by cached data and can be fixed quickly.

Step 1: Clear the app cache

Clearing the cache refreshes stored data and often resolves performance issues.

Step 2: Uninstall and reinstall the app

If clearing the cache doesn’t resolve the issue:

  1. Delete the Creative Freedom app from your device

  2. Log back in using your usual details

This ensures you’re running the latest, clean version of the app.


In a rush? Use the web version

If you need to send emails, manage enquiries, or access your account urgently, you can log in via a web browser on your device.

The web version gives you full access while the app is refreshed.
