If you're experiencing difficulty resetting your password, here are a few steps to consider:

  1. Account Creation: Ensure you have an active account with us. If you're a new bride, you may need to create an account first. You can do this by selecting ‘Create Account’ from the menu.

  2. Email Accuracy: If you're an existing user or bride, double-check for any typos in your email address. A small mistake can prevent the reset email from reaching you or working.

If you was previously a Creative Freedom User and it's been more than 45 days since your last payment, your account may have been deactivated. In this case, please sign up again to regain access.
