Clients login link not working, not received or need to reset their password

If your client's login link is not working or hasn't been received you can send them a reset password email

First ensure the bride or client email address is correct on the bride card.

To send a Reset Password Request to your client:

  • From the bride card's 'Overview' section scroll down to 'Bride Login Details'

  • Click the down arrow to show the 'lock' and 'cross' icon

  • Click the 'lock' icon circled below:

This will send a reset password email to your client where they can reset their password to login.

Incorrect Email Address on File:

If the client's email address is incorrect then click the X icon to remove the account, then correct the clients email address.

Your bride will now need to create a new account with the corrected email address.
