Below is the tutorial on setting up Workflows and below is how to generate those workflows for previously booked brides.
Please note that when workflows are created they will be automatically added to new brides who enquire via your Creative Freedom Enquiry Form.

'Deposit Paid' condition is only available to those who accept payments via the app.
Creating Workflows
Adding Workflows to previously booked or 'quick add' brides
If you have added or amended workflows after having brides added to the system, you will need to manually generate the workflows for these brides. This is to ensure that no actions are taken that have already happened for that bride.
For example a bride who is awaiting her wedding would automatically receive an email thanking them for their enquiry if all new workflows were automatically added to a record card.
From the 'Workflows' tab in the Bride Card select 'Generate all workflows' from the dropdown.
From this popup you'll have two choices:
Make workflows before quote acceptance manual - this is recommended for previously booked brides who you don't want to receive workflows, such as 'thanks for your enquiry'.
Generate all workflows as normal - this is recommended for new bookings that you want workflows, such as the 'thanks for enquiry' email, being sent to
Once the workflows are added you can cancel any workflows that aren't relevant for a bride but clicking the X icon, which will not take any action. You can also delete workflows by clicking the bin icon.
Please note, that if you amend your workflows from your settings at any point then they will not be automatically updated for previously booked brides.
However, email or message templates that are updated will update for all previous workflows too.
