If you've recently changed or added new workflows you will need to generate the new workflows for previously booked brides.

To do this you must first cancel all the workflows allocated for a bride, please click here to learn how to cancel workflows.

To generate your new workflows select 'Generate all workflows' from the dropdown menu:

To ensure that the 'enquiry stage' workflows aren't resent for already 'confirmed' brides please choose the option 'Make workflows before quote acceptance manual' as below:

To cancel any workflows that have previously been actioned please be sure to cancel the workflow by clicking the X icon circled here:
