Automations are great, but sometimes you may want a little more control over the workflows for a particular bride. Follow these steps to cancel the automations, but still have the ability to complete the workflow manually.

From the bride card select the workflows tab. From the dropdown select 'cancel all workflows'

Select 'yes' from this popup:

All workflows will now be canceled and greyed out. To manually complete the workflow click the 'tick' icon to activate the relevant workflow.

Click the same icon again to complete the workflow:

Documents and in-app messages will instantly complete. Email workflows will show the following popup with the relevant email. Click 'send' to complete the workflow:
