How do I set my Enquiry Form availability?

Want to allowing your clients to choose only specific dates for their wedding day enquiries?

Create a new event by clicking 'Manage your Availability Scheduler' in your Settings, then 'create event. Name it 'Wedding Availability'. Set the City and select the tick box 'Is this your wedding availability':

Next add how many days in advance you wish your brides to choose from. Then add the event duration. For this example I will add only 30 minutes, as wedding durations vary so keeping the event duration short will ensure the time is blocked out. You can leave the remaining information blank.

Next either select the days you work on weddings or select all days of the week. As this is for the enquiry form only you can simply add a time slot that is longer than the duration of the event, in this example one hour.

Now head to the settings page and click the Enquiry Form section. Toggle on the 'Do you want to show your wedding availability on your enquiry form?' circled below:

From your calendar ensure that your current weddings are blocked from the calendar and that the start and end time cover the time slots you added previously.

You'll then see the relevant dates hidden from your enquiry form:
