New WedQuarters and Bride Login

Learn about the changes to the bride's WedQuarters and their login

The quote acceptance process and bride account creation has had a glow up πŸŽ‰

* Please note that the account created for the bride will use the email address you have on the bride card. If that email address is incorrect then the bride will be encouraged to contact you to update the email address.

Your WedQuarter message will now show as follows. The red section can be edited and formatted from the 'WedQuarters' section within 'Managing Bookings'.

Edit and add links if you wish:

Once the quote is accepted a link to login will be sent to the email address held by you in the bride card:

The following email is sent where the bride can simply click the 'Set Up Your Account' button:

They can then set their password for future logins:

The new password is confirmed:

Brides will then see the new and improved Home Screen.

A payment that's due within a few days will show a notification. The notification will clear when either the payment has been marked as paid by you, or payment is processed via Stripe.

Any new messages or documents that have been added will also show a notification, which will clear when the relevant menu option has been clicked.

If a bride has created an account using the same email address you have on file on the bride card they can login anytime by selecting 'login' from the menu.

If they forgot their password or created an account using a different email address then they can choose to send a login link to the email address you hold on file.
