From the Bride Card select 'Services & £' from the menu:

From the Quick Actions dropdown select 'Add Service':

Select from your list of services or manually enter the service:

Click Save and add all necessary services for the quote. Next you can populate the payment breakdown by clicking the 'red banner':

Your Payment totals will show as follows and you can click the 'send quote' button when you are happy with the quote:

Your payment terms are set in your settings page under 'Payment Terms':
