Creative Freedom includes its own messaging functionality, designed to keep all communication in one place for both you and your clients. Brides and clients can easily send and receive messages through their Client Portal, so they don’t have to search their inboxes for information.
If you’re on the Pro Plan, your clients will also receive SMS notifications when you send them a new message. This helps ensure they never miss a message, avoids the risk of important emails landing in spam folders and means you and your brides know exactly where to look for all communication.
Encourage your brides to message you directly through their Client Portal rather than replying to emails, by messaging them through this function instead of sending emails. This will keep all your communication neatly organised within Creative Freedom.
