When you send emails through Creative Freedom, they are sent from [email protected] by default, unless you have set up a private domain. While the ‘From’ name matches what you've set in your profile, replies are directed to your email address.

However, some clients' email applications and auto-responders may ignore your ‘reply-to’ address and respond to the ‘sender’ address (our default email). Unfortunately, this is beyond Creative Freedom’s control.

Tip: To avoid missed replies, we recommend keeping all communication within the app using the in-app messaging feature for a more reliable exchange.
