Although we’d hate to see you leave, you can cancel your subscription anytime!
Head to Settings > Account Settings > Manage to manage your subscription.
Before cancelling your subscription please:
Archive all active Brides and Clients
Cancel any scheduled automatic workflows
Remove any Creative Freedom enquiry form links you've shared
Please note you will lose access to any data inputted to Creative Freedom, so please ensure to download this information before your subscription ends. If you need help please reach out to the support team: [email protected]
If you cancel add-ons such as Teams or Assistants, this information and any information they have inputted will also be removed from your account.
Cancelling Teams add-on will also remove your Team Members as Assistants, so please reach out to the support team if you wish to change from ‘Teams’ to ‘Assistants’.
