How do I add attachments to my emails?

You can add an attachment to your initial ‘I’m Available/Send Quote’ email. After this point all documents can be added (either manually or automatically with a Workflow) to the Bride’s WedQuarters. This is to ensure the bride has everything in one place, rather than searching emails and spam folders for documents.

To upload a document for your email attachment, head to Settings, select Email Templates, then ‘Enquiry’ tab.

If the file you are uploading is too large then use a free service such as Adobe’s Compression PDF to reduce the size.
