Updated over a week ago

If you receive a "this is not a valid password reset request" error message while attempting to reset your password, it's likely due to one of two reasons:

  1. Incorrect Email Address: The email address you entered for the password reset doesn't match the one associated with your account.

  2. No Existing Account: Alternatively, you might be trying to reset the password for an email address that isn't yet created.

To resolve either issue, follow these steps:

  1. Create Account: Navigate to the menu, from your WedQuarters, and click on 'Create Account' (see image below)

  2. Enter Details: Enter your email address and create a password to proceed with creating your account.

Alternatively please contact your booked supplier who can reset your account.
