My bride can't login

Step-by-step guidance on how to help if a bride is locked out of their account, forgotten their password or typed their email address wrong.

Please note: Your bride's account will be created by the system using the email address you have on file. Please ensure the bride is logging in, or the account created by them, is using the same email address that you have on the Bride's record card.

Assist Bride with logging in

  1. Accessing Bride’s Account Details

    • Navigate to the Overview section of the bride’s card.

    • Locate the bride's account details.

    • If no account has been created this will be highlighted in grey. Ask your bride to create an account by selecting this from their menu.

    • If an account has been created this will be highlighted in green.

  2. Sending a Reset Password Request

    • If an account has been created, click the down arrow in the bride’s account details section of the bride’s card overview.

    • Select the lock icon to send a reset password request to the bride’s email.

  3. Correcting Email Errors

    • If the bride’s email listed is incorrect or contains a typo, click the X in the account details section to reset the login information. Inform your bride to create a new account by selecting this from the menu.

Link has expired or been used

Some email providers will automatically check links before they reach the inbox (this is common for business accounts). This will unfortunately expire the login link. To override this you can send your bride a 'reset password' email using the steps above.
