While you can allocate a team member at any stage of the booking process, we suggest doing so after the quote is accepted and the bride has created an account.

During the quoting phase, payment and service rate details aren't secured behind a login. Although you can toggle off this information from team members viewing the Bride Card, waiting until the bride has an account adds an extra layer of privacy.

Hence, we recommend assigning a team member to a booking after the quote has been accepted and an account created by the bride. You can verify if an account has been created via the 'Bride Login Details' section of the bride card.
