Why is the Calendar Entry Different from the Bride's Event Date?

If you notice a discrepancy between the calendar entry and the bride's event date, don't worry—this can happen due to a few reasons:

  • Archiving and Unarchiving: The bride's profile may have been archived and then unarchived, with a different start time and a different date for the end during the unarchiving process.

  • Connection Issues: The date may have changed or been updated, but your device lost connection before saving and the calendar entry could update.

  • Timezone Differences: Dates entered in different time zones, either by the bride or by you, can cause discrepancies in the calendar entry.

How to Update the Calendar Entry

If you see a red banner on your dashboard indicating an issue, you can quickly correct the calendar entry by following these steps:

1. Click on the bride's card and select the 'Events' tab.

2. Click on Wedding Day Details or choose 'Update Wedding Day Details' from the dropdown menu.

3. Verify that the event date, start time, and end time are accurate, and then click Save.

4. The updated calendar entry will be reflected below and in your calendar.
