Workflow Dates Not Generating

If the dates for your trial or wedding day workflows aren’t appearing when you manually generate workflows or book a trial, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Bride Card.

  2. From the Bride Card menu, select Events.

  3. Click on the Trial event or Wedding event to open the event details popup.

  4. Make sure the box labelled "Reschedule or resend workflows attached to the trial?" is ticked.

  5. Click Save.

This will ensure that any workflows linked to the trial are correctly triggered with the updated trial date.
