From your dashboard click the appointment request to view the following popup. From the bottom of this popup select 'yes' to allocate this appointment to a bride:

Select the bride from the dropdown and click the 'link' button.

You'll be taken to the bride card where you can send the trial confirmation email from the popup and the trial will show under the 'Events' tab of the Bride Card.
