Once you have created an availability schedule for brides you can copy the link to the availability schedule and paste it to a message template. Head to Settings and click 'Manage Availability Schedules'.

Click the circled link icon to copy the link:

Now click back to your Settings and select Email Templates. Click the 'Custom Emails' tab and 'create custom email' button:

Add your text and paste your link. Highlight the link and click the link icon:

Paste the link into the input box and click save. Your email will look as follows and click 'create template' button:

Now you can send the link to brides who do not yet have a trial arranged. You can view these easily from your dashboard by selecting the 'Clients' tab and viewing the 'list' view:

Click the bride to head to their record card and select the 'Mails & Msgs' tab. Choose 'Send Message Template' from the dropdown:

Scroll to the bottom of the list to view your new email template:

Click send:

Your bride will be notified of the new message by email (and SMS message if you have this set up). From their WQ link they can click the availability schedule link and request a trial date.

You'll be notified and able to confirm the trial.
