Create new customers and invoices for each payment line within Xero

To connect Creative Freedom to Xero first head to your Settings and scroll down to the Xero box. Click 'Connect' and follow Xero's authentication process.

Once connected you can easily create new contacts within Xero and create invoices for those contacts.

Simply click the 3 dots at the end of a payment line to show the 'Edit Payment' popup.

Once connected to Xero the 'Create Xero Invoice' button will show.

If a Xero Customer has not been created via Creative Freedom then pressing this button will first create a new Customer, before creating an invoice for that customer within Xero.

โ€‹If a Xero customer exists then it will be duplicated if not created through Creative Freedom.

Please ensure the due date is not empty before creating a Xero invoice.

Subsequent Xero invoices will 'attach' to the Xero customer. A new invoice can be created for each payment line.

Xero does not allow third party apps to make changes to or delete an invoice or mark them as paid. You will need to do this within Xero.
