To connect Creative Freedom to Quickbooks first head to your Settings and scroll down to the Quickbooks box. Click 'Connect' and follow Quickbooks' authentication process.

Once connected you can easily create new contacts within Quickbooks and create invoices for those contacts.

Simply click the 3 dots at the end of a payment line to show the 'Edit Payment' popup.

Once connected to Quickbooks the 'Create Quickbooks Invoice' button will show.

If a Quickbooks Customer has not been created via Creative Freedom then pressing this button will first create a new Customer, before creating an invoice for that customer within Quickbooks.

​If a Quickbooks customer exists then it will be duplicated if not created through Creative Freedom.

Please ensure the due date is not empty before creating a Quickbooks invoice.

Subsequent Quickbooks invoices will 'attach' to the Quickbooks customer. A new invoice can be created for each payment line.

Quickbooks does not allow third party apps to make changes to or delete an invoice or mark them as paid. You will need to do this within Quickbooks.
