Absolutely! You can add custom dates to your schedules or simply add the holiday to your calendar and toggle on ‘block from availability’. These dates will then not be selectable from your availability schedules.
Simply create a new event in your calendar select the start and finish date and time and ensure the 'Block from availability calendars?' toggle is switched on:

Alternatively you can block dates from your availability scheduler as follows.
From the availability event click the + icon next to 'Add date overrides':
Select the dates and click the X icon circled below to show the time as unavailable:
Next press save:
