When copying a formatted email template from one system to another the formatting my also copy over some coding from your previous system, this is not something Creative Freedom can automatically undo.

To remove this coding you must first copy the email template to something like email or Word and ‘Paste and match style’. Copy the unformatted email back in to Creative Freedom and then use the options to format (bold, underline etc) the email before clicking save.
