Editing and creating email templates have the same steps as editing and adding your own email templates within Creative Freedom.

From your Teams dashboard select the Settings icon, then Email Templates.

The essential emails will duplicate your current emails, plus you can create additional custom emails by clicking the 'Custom Emails' tab.
