Receiving appointment requests via your booking page

You can share your booking page link, which can be copied from the scheduler section of your 'Clients' setup page, add the link or embed the code into your website, similar to how you did with your Creative Freedom Enquiry Form.

A client will either need to login or create an account to select from your services and see your availability.

Your new clients will be required to enter the following details to create a new account.

Once logged in your clients can select from your services.

This will calculate the predicted appointment time and show only availability that can accommodate for this appointment length, including your service buffer times.

Once a date and time has been selected the appointment can be requested.

You'll receive an app notification and email of the requested appointment details.

You will also see this box within your dashboard. Click on the appointment to confirm or rearrange.

Click 'confirm appointment' to confirm the appointment in your diary and send a confirmation email to the client.

You can find your clients from within the Dashboard, under the Client's tab and Client's tab.
