To record a refund to a bride add a service line with a negative rate and select the service type if it's a trial or wedding, then select 'save & add payment line:
(Please note that some phones do not allow for a negative to be entered so this may need to be done by computer)
Next mark the payment as paid so it is deducted from your income reporting:
