To add a discount line to a quote simply add a new service and add a negative amount to the service rate. This will deducted the specified amount from the services.

Please note, if the payment schedule does not calculate correctly you may need to manually amend the payment amounts by clicking the 3 dots at the end of the necessary payment line.

If your phone isn't allowing you to select a negative amount then here's the workaround:

From a computer head to your Settings. Create an 'other' service and name it 'discount', with a negative rate:

When building a quote from your phone you'll be able select this service and the negative value will appear. Do not delete the -, just replace the number with the relevant discount amount. It's important here to also change the service type to 'wedding':
