If the booked services change after a deposit has been paid there a number of ways to update the payment totals.
If the deposit has been paid and your deposit is calculated as a monetary amount and not a percentage then pressing the 'red banner' will update your payments accordingly.
If however your deposit is based on a % amount then clicking this 'red banner' will recalculate the deposit. If you do not want the deposit amount to be recalculated then follow these steps:
From the Payments section dropdown select 'Update Wedding Balance Only' or 'Update Trial Balance Only' to update these payment lines accordingly.
In the following example an additional 'Guest Makeup' service has been added. 'Update Wedding Balance Only' is selected:
Rather than the initial deposit being recalculated to include the new service in the % amount, the additional amount is added to the final balance only:
