How do I write my own emails for a Workflow?

To add a ‘custom email template’ to a Workflow, head to Settings, select Email Templates and select Custom Email tab. Click the ‘create custom email’ button and name and create your email. When creating a Workflow select this new email from the email dropdown.

Exclude WQ link

If you do not want the WQ link to be included in your custom email then tick the 'Exclude the WQ link' checkbox. If let unticked then the email WILL be included in the email.
