Occasion workflows have now launched and are currently in BETA.
Step One: Set up your occasion workflows

Step Two: Allocate workflows to an occasion booking
Open an occasion booking, select Workflows from the menu, then choose Generate alternative workflows.
Select the workflow templates you want from the dropdown and click Generate.
Step Three: Confirm the booking to activate the workflows
Once your occasion booking has been confirmed by the client, you will see a new Confirm booking button in the Overview section.
Clicking this will automatically add the relevant dates to your workflows.
βYou will only see this button if workflows have been allocated to that client.
If you change the event date or add workflows later
If you update the event date or you add workflows after the booking has already been confirmed and you notice the dates have not been added to the workflow, click the Event details section.
A popup will appear with the option:
Reschedule or resend workflows attached to the event?
βThis is recommended if the event date has changed or if workflows have been added after the booking was confirmed, as it will add the correct dates to your workflows.
It is not suggested when you are only adjusting the time or updating details such as addresses.
Check this bock and click Save to apply the update.
