If you have connected with Stripe and accept payment through the app then this is automatically recorded for you.

Alternatively you can create a new payment line each time a payment is made, and mark as paid. From the Payment dropdown select ‘Add Payment’.

You will need to then manually deduct this amount paid from the final balance payment line, by selecting the 3 dots at the end of that payment line.
